iVE.ONE Year Highlights

company news

December 13, 2021

In a year marked by COVID-19 restrictions, challenges in the global economy and canceled events, there’s still so much that we at iVE.ONE have achieved, are grateful for and that deserve celebration. As this year comes to a close, we invite you to join us as we recap the past 12 months and celebrate our favourite moments and major wins.
 Noteworthy moments of 2021:
·      Announcing Digital Asset Infrastructure for banks & corporates
·      Partnering up with Coinbase to offer institutional clients easy access to the crypto economy
·      Securing fresh funding in pre-series A+ round from CV VC AG  alongside a grant from Distr@l
·      Celebrating Finopitch Award and being named a Top Startup Employer of 2021
·      Welcoming new members to ourAdvisory Board
·      Blowing out the candles on iVE.ONE’s 4th birthday cake

Digital Asset Infrastructure for banks & corporates
Our team might be small, but our drive to create a modern infrastructure for digital assets is huge. This year not only marks a significant shift in the perception of crypto as a legitimate asset class and a spike of interest from institutional investors, it also motivates financial institutions to be a part of this digital journey. That’s where iVE.ONE comes in.
It would take a traditional bank an average of 17 years to develop an infrastructure like ours.
Our unique infrastructure is allowing banks and corporates to take full advantage of our APIs and whitelabel solution to bring cryptocurrencies, and so more value, to their customers.

Partnering with Coinbase
On the 19th of October, Coinbase and iVE.ONE announced a strategic partnership to offer institutional investors secure access to crypto and digital assets. The addition of Coinbase to our eco-system expands our offering of Security Tokens by enabling institutional investors to buy and sell cryptocurrency in a secure and controlled environment. We are grateful for our new partner and are looking forward to working together in the coming months.

Fresh capital for iVE.ONE
Funding news is some of our favourite news! July marked a successfully closed Pre-SeriesA+ funding round with the Swiss-based CV VC AG which supports promising blockchain projects in the crypto space. Having an investor like CV VC isn’t just about funding; it’s also a great opportunity to collaborate on future projects with a company that is building a community within the digital asset space.

And in other funding news, we have received a grant from Distr@l Program by the State of Hesse for the development of a Digital Crypto Registrar. With the new eWPG law which passed this year, this grant will allow us to be the provider of a blockchain-based registry  that makes digital securities accessible, paperless and transparent.

Celebrating awards and other notable moments
This year, we were honored to receive the coveted FinoPitch award for 2021!
It was also unexpected, but nevertheless great, news to be named the Top Startup Employer by the German media outlet Business Punk in collaboration with Statista. At iVE.ONE we share a common vision, overcome challenges together and celebrate our mutual successes.
If you want to know more about iVE.ONE, you can also find us in the FinTech Innovators Rising Stars Report 2021 alongside other innovative FinTechs in the digital space.

And finally, a warm welcome to our newly appointed Advisory Board members
The iVE.ONE family has been growing over the last few months, enriched by four amazing experts and entrepreneurs NAMES, who are providing us with strategic advice and growth ambitions. Welcome and a huge thank you for your support!

As the year ends, we look forward to exciting times ahead. Taking everything that we learned from this year, we are planning to continue dreaming big - expanding our offering, growing our team and developing the best product for our customers.
